Join me on a sunny day for a slow tour around our garden, starting from the gate and working our way around and up to the mandarin trees at the every back of the property.
Most of the vegetables we plant are bought as starters (newly sprouted babies) that we buy from the local florist in town. We use an organic fertiliser made from cow dung, in pellet form and we rotate our crops every year and always leave some areas fallow throughout the winter.
