Moy Hill farm is growing… we are expanding in many ways. One of the new branches of our ‘Moy Hill farm tree’ this year is our “herbs and flowers” section!.
We’ve always grown herbs, but we’ve now extended the range of herbs that are available immensely. We’ve grown from 4 herbs (coriander, parsley, chives and basil) to a full range of 25 herbs and a constantly growing range of unusual and rare edible flowers and cut flowers.
With this new enterprise, we thrive to create an abundant range of organic flowers and plants with great taste, color and smell to provide to the local market. By implementing the herbs and flowers in our farm we also strive to increase the diversity of plants on site to attract natural predators and pollinators for a fully functioning ecosystem.
We have started this ‘trial year’ full of enthusiasm, creativity and passion… and now we would love your support. We will be at the Ennystymon and Kirlush market to give you a taste of what we have on offer.
If you are a restaurant, a cafe, a deli, or a herb enthusiast, you know where to find us.
