On this August allotment tour you will see that we are still sowing some seeds for lettuce and radish as they are quick growing and will ensure that we have a successional crop of each. It would be a good time to plant fast growing carrots too. The early varieties tend to be the fast growing.

We are mainly harvesting and weeding in August and you will see that our beans are full of bloom ready for us to harvest soon.
