A Winter Day of Challenges: Home Cooking, Indoor Gardening and a Sick Chicken!

We spend a lot of time at home in the winter. Today was full of challenges. I cooked a lot of foods from scratch, harvest food from my indoor garden, care for a sick chicken and sow some seeds in my winter garden. I’m getting back into sourdough baking and have been trying a lot of new recipes from scratch.
